OP. RAGGIO DI SOLE CO-OPERATIVE AGRICULTURE SOCIETY
The co-operative with reference to the requirments and to the memeber’s interests practises, in exclusive way, the activities in reference of CIVIL CODE’s ART. 2135, in particular, the co-operative managaes the agriculture companies which cultivate and produce vegetables, fruits and all the correlated products, fresh, deep-frozen and/or frozen; and also all the related activites of washing, packaging, manipulation and commercialization of those products.
For those reasons the company could act for the real-estate, movable good, credit and financial operations for the purpose of reaching social goals and, as a consequence, could use all the facilitations expected from the law.
Producers organization is not a profit-making company, but want to make its members partecipate to the mutuality benefits adopting the expected methods and taking the inspiration from the activities, in the respect of parity treatement principles during the mutuality operations and the free and spontaneous cooperation.
The O.P. is founded as a corporate following what is preview from the REG. CE N. 1234/07, notwithstanding the current and future regulations reporting all the application modalities, and also from the decree legislative N. 102/2005 and with reference to the National Norm.
The O.P has as priority address the use of farming activities, prodution techniques and residue management practises which respect the environment; in particular to safeguard the water, the ground and environment’s quality and to support biodiversity.
